The short version
ShiftWorth is designed to work without an account. Your shifts, wage settings, and paystub details are stored locally on your device. Reformed Software does not receive or store that information through the app.
Information stored on your device
ShiftWorth may store the hours and dates you enter, pay rates, overtime settings, tips, bonuses, paid leave, work-state selection, and itemized paycheck figures. This information powers your estimates and remains in the app's local storage unless you remove the app or its data.
Subscriptions and payments
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Reformed Software does not receive your payment-card details. Apple may provide subscription status and transaction information needed to unlock Pro features, restore purchases, and support billing questions. Apple handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Analytics and advertising
The launch version of ShiftWorth does not include third-party advertising, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
Data sharing
Reformed Software does not sell your personal information. Because app-entered payroll data stays on your device, we do not share it with employers, advertisers, or data brokers.
Deleting your data
You can delete individual shifts inside ShiftWorth. Deleting the app removes its locally stored app data from that device, subject to Apple's device backup behavior.
Children
ShiftWorth is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as ShiftWorth changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
