For setup, paycheck estimates, subscriptions, or a bug report, contact Reformed Software and include your iPhone model and ShiftWorth version.

Restore Pro

Open ShiftWorth, go to Setup → ShiftWorth Pro, then tap Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that originally subscribed.

Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ShiftWorth. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.

Use a normal itemized paycheck—not one with an unusual bonus or unpaid leave—and enter current amounts rather than year-to-date totals.

Your shifts and paystub entries stay on your device. Include screenshots only when you are comfortable sharing what they show.
